Pre-Kindergarten Restrooms- Southampton School #2

The project consists of the construction of pre-kindergarten restrooms in existing classrooms at the Southampton School #2. The Work includes, but is not limited to, seamless resinous flooring, maintenance re-painting, acoustical panel ceilings, new wall partitions, and supporting mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.

Bidders shall note that long-lead shop drawings are required to be initiated immediately after the issuance of the Section 007100 Notice to Proceed so that those items can be ordered as soon as possible.  Construction shall begin on or about 20 June 2025 and shall be substantially completed on or before 25 August 2025.

Bid Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications and other bid documents will be made available and may be examined by Bidders from the office of REGAN YOUNG ENGLAND BUTERA, PC; 456 High Street, Mt. Holly, New Jersey 08060 during regular business hours.  Additional information, including a list of (registered) Bidders, can be obtained from the Architect’s web site (www.RYEBREAD.com). There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee for the bidding documents, payable by credit card, check, or cash. Checks shall be made payable to Regan Young England Butera.  An electronic copy of the specifications and drawings will be made available to Bidders; hard copies of the bidding documents will not be provided.  Access to the electronic documents will be e-mailed to the Bidder upon receipt of their payment made via credit card purchase online at https://www.ryebread.com/bidding/, or by check delivered to RYEBREAD Architects.  Bidders must provide all of the following information for documents to be sent electronically:

Bidders who have received the bidding documents any questions concerning the project to Regan Young England Butera on Section 006001 BIDDER REQUEST FOR INFORMATION included in the Project Manual no later than 1:00 PM on 24 April 2025.  The Architect will not respond to questions received by those other than Prime Bidders.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the State of New Jersey Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A.  The withdrawal or modification to a Bid after the bid opening is not permitted. All bid security, except for the security of the three apparent lowest responsible Bidders shall, if requested, be returned after ten days from the opening of the bids, , Sundays, and holidays excepted, and the bids of such Bidders shall be considered as withdrawn.  The Southampton Township Board of Education will return the remaining Bidders security in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-36(a).
