Lucky 13 RYEBREAD School Districts

With public schools just now entering their new fiscal year, thirteen outstanding South Jersey districts have reappointed RYEBREAD Architects as their Architect-of-Record (AOR).

“These Boards of Education understand how critical their facilities are to a successful educational program,” says Regan Young of Regan Young England Butera: Referendums, Engineering, Architecture, Design (aka RYEBREAD). “They strive to make their buildings and campuses more safe, productive, healthy, distinctive, and efficient.”

RYEBREAD has served as the Medford Board of Education AOR since 1989, Pemberton Township Board of Education since 1990, Southampton since 1994, and Tabernacle since 1995. “Their long history with our District means they understand the needs of our facilities, Board, Administration, Staff, and Students. They’ve served our community well over the past three decades,” asserts Pemberton Business Administrator Pat Austin.

The firm has been the Eastampton AOR since being hired to design their school consolidation project in 2004; Harrison Township and Mount Holly school districts have been their Clients since 2008. Other RYEBREAD Client school districts are Salem City, Gloucester City, Lindenwold, Ocean City, Pitman, and Burlington City.

Over the past three decades, most RYEBREAD projects have been about maintaining and enhancing existing building envelopes, systems, interiors, and contexts. The firm has designed, documented, bid, and administered hundreds of facility improvement projects. In addition, as AOR, they have been instrumental in obtaining state funding for these projects on behalf of their Clients.
